Beef Burger Patties

Burgers are excellent money makers that are a great addition to steakhouse, gastropub & contemporary menus. Grass-fed burgers offer the flavor customers crave with the health and environmental benefits of grass-fed beef.

Pre-formed patties offer convenience and controlled portioning. They’re ready to thaw & grill, pan sear, broil, etc. This beef has been ground with an 80%/20% lean/fat ratio. This fat ratio is perfect for burgers, because the fat will help keep them moist. It is ground from whole muscle, never trim, which results in a superior texture.

In a pinch, burger patties can also be broken up for use in tacos, sauces, meatballs, meatloaf, etc.
